When placing an order from our website, you are consenting that you are above the age of 18 and have consulted your Ophthalmologist and are aware of how to use and care for the contact lenses.
If lenses are damaged due to incorrect lens care and handling, we will not be held liable for this.
In any circumstance, we can only accept returns if the lenses have been UNOPENED.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for return costs and this must be returned via tracked delivery service.
The colour of the lenses may vary in reality. Factors such as existing eye colour/skin tone/ eye shape/ makeup, etc, will impact on how the lenses look. Please carry out your own research, we have a limited number of examples on our Instagram page @Lavelle_Lens
We cannot refund/exchange or replace lenses if a customer changes their mind about the colour of the lenses so please select carefully before choosing your lense colour due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refund/exchange on any of our products if you are unhappy with it.
If a package is unclaimed you may have to pay a handling fee. All lenses are factory sealed and should not have any impairment prior to being opened.
Additionally, all lenses should be examined prior to opening in order to identify any damage/tears as these are usually easily identifiable
If in any case the lens is proven to be faulty, a replacement will only be given for the single faulty lens in the exact same colour/model. Refunds shall not be provided.
Returning an International Package
If returning an international package please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges, we will not be responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is lost or upon receiving the package notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you must report this to us immediately.
Any package that is not collected at your post office within 14 days, Lavelle Lens reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
